Chennai, Jan 7 (Reporter) The Tamil Nadu Assembly was on Tuesday adjourned without transacting any business after adopting condolence resolutions mourning the deaths of former Prime Minister Manmohan Singh and senior Congress leader and Erode East MLA EVKS Elangovan.
