Chennai, July 18 (Reporter) A woman functionary of the Opposition AIADMK was among three more people arrested in connection with the murder of Tamil Nadu BSP President K Armstrong by the CB-CID police. Those arrested were AIADMK South Chennai North district Joint Secretary Malarkodi Sekar, Hariharan and Satish, who is said to be the son of a ruling DMK functionary. All the three, who were arrested last night, were produced before a court and remanded in judicial custody on Thursday. With this 14 people were arrested so far in connection with the July five murder of Mr Armstrong. Already 11 people were arrested by the CB-CID police, which is probing the case. Meanwhile, the AIADMK today expelled Ms Malarkodi from the primary membership of the party. In a statement here, AIADMK General Secretary Edappadi K Palaniswami said she was expelled for acting in a manner that brought disrepute to the party an for violating the party discipline.
