Amit Shah criticises INDIA bloc, MVA

Jalgaon, Mar 5 (Reporter) Union Home Minister and senior BJP leader Amit Shah on Tuesday strongly criticised the constituent parties of INDIA bloc and Maha Vikas Agadhi (MVA) in Maharashtra, accusing them of believing in dynastic system. While addressing the Maha Yuva Sammelan here, he claimed that senior Congress leader Sonia Gandhi wants to make her son Rahul as prime minister, NCP chief Sharad Pawar wants to make his daughter Supriya Sule as chief minister and Shiv Sena (UBT) chief Uddhav Thackeray also wants to make his son Aaditya as chief minister of Maharashtra. Accusing the Congress party on issue of Lord Ram temple, he claimed that Congress had kept Ramlalla in a tent for last 70 years for the sake of vote bank politics. Coming down heavily on MVA alliance, the Minister compared the three main constituents of MVA to an autorickshaw saying that MVA is like a three-wheel autorickshaw whose all three tyres have been punctured and asked youths whether they want dynastic system or patriotism. While praising Prime Minister Narendra Modi, he said that Modi has 10 years experience and next 25 years vision to take the country on path of development. Modi showed courage to abrogate Article 370 and connected Kashmir with the rest of country, he said and pointed that during the Covid pandemic, the central government provided free vaccines to the countrymen. He added that upcoming election is not of BJP but it is election of youths and asserted that "we have to make the country as Viksit Bharat in 2024." Shah appealed the youths to once again give chance to Narendra Modi to be prime minister for third time in upcoming Lok Sabha elections in order to take the country's economy on third rank. He asked the party cadre to work for victory of Mahayuti candidates in upcoming Lok Sabha elections in the state. Before addressing the Yuva Sammelan, Shah went to Akola in Vidharbha region of the state this morning. He was accompanied with Deputy Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis, state party president Chandrashekar Bhavankule and all top brass party office-bearers. He held a review meeting with party functionaries of six Lok Sabha constituencies of Vidharbha region and discussed future course of action.
