Anantapur, Jan 16 (Reporter) Andhra Pradesh Governor S Abdul Nazeer welcomed Prime Minister of India Narendra Modi on his arrival for inauguration of the National Academy of Customs, Indirect Taxes and Narcotics (NACIN) at Palasamudram village in Sri Sathya Sai District on Tuesday.
