Kakinada, Dec 28 (Reporter) A man was on Saturday awarded six and a half months' imprisonment by a lower court here for driving in a drunken state in the Kakinada district of Andhra Pradesh. The First Class Magistrate Court Judge Praveen Kumar of Alamuru awarded the jail term to the accused Karri Devi Varaprasad of Chemudu Lanka village for driving a motor vehicle fully drunk. Alamuru police station sub inspector Ashok Kumar caught Devi Varaprasad red-handed on Friday night while he was driving a vehicle in a drunken state.
