Jamui, July 22 (Reporter) An Army personnel and his minor daughter were killed and three others injured when the Scorpio they were travelling in by collided with a tree under Giddaur police station area here on Monday. According to police the victims were returning by the Scorpio to their village Bhanjhulia after offering special prayer at Giddeshwar Nath Temple in Khaira on the occasion of first Monday of Shravan month. While trying to save a motorbike rider, the Scorpio became unbalance and collided with the tree. The Army soldier Ajit Pandey was killed on the spot whereas four others sustained injuries. The injured were admitted at a private local nursing home where Aditya Kumari one and half year old daughter of Ajit Pandey succumbed. The bodies have been sent for post-mortem...////...
