Imphal, April 19 (Reporter) The first phase of the poll in Manipur witnessed a good turnout, reports of firing and destroying EVMs, and reports of threats by armed persons to vote for a particular candidate. The poll percentage at 1 p.m. was 46.92, with the Inner Manipur reporting 49.44 percent and the Outer Seat reporting 41.49 percent.
