Bankura, Aug 31 (Reporter) Jaydeb Mondal, a young man, was killed in an explosion while riding a two-wheeler in Bankura district, West Bengal, in the wee hours of Saturday, police said. Police are investigating the cause of an explosion and the details of a victim from Jhanka, Saltora, district. The victim, who was returning home at midnight last night, was declared dead by the medics at the Bankura district hospital. Police said the victim got off the bike and an explosion happened. Leader of the opposition, Suvendu Adhikari, alleged the bike-borne youth was carrying dynamite for alleged illegal minings in the district. He demanded a National Investigation Agency (NIA).
