Kolkata, Feb 12 (Reporter) The Enforcement Directorate (ED) on Wednesday raided at least three locations, including that of Howrah, in relation to alleged ration (PDS) scams across West Bengal, official sources said. The ED, aided by the Central Paramilitary forces, began searches at the house and offices of one Parnendu Jana, a businessman, at Shyampur in Howrah in relation to the multi-crore rupees ration distribution scam during the Covid period. Sources said ED has been searching for the past four hours and questioning Jana and his family members.
