Bengal: Murshidabad blast kills three people

Kolkata, Dec 9 (Reporter) At least three people were killed in a powerful explosion in West Bengal's bordering district of Murshidabad last night, official sources said on Monday. Sources said the explosion happened when the deceased were manufacturing crude bombs, which went off accidentally at a home at Sagarpara village of the district. Sources said that the roof of the house collapsed under the impact of the powerful explosion. The deceased were identified as Sakirul Islam (28), Mamun Sheikh (25), and Mustakin Sheikh (26). The victims, who had some police cases of drug related crimes, were released on bail by a local court order. Police recovered unexploded explosives from the site. The house belonged to one of the deceased Sakirul Islam, whose surviving family members alleged that some unidentified miscreants had thrown bombs on the house...////...
