Patna/Gaya, Apr 19 (Reporter) "Vasundhara" polling booth set up in Government Girls High school on Raman road of Gaya town has become a centre of attraction for it being eco friendly, plenty of greeneries all around, its decoration and the other facilities available at the booth. The school which has four polling booths including two exclusively for women where only women voters were exercising their franchise, the Vasundhara polling booth number 120 is another booth which is attracting the voters most. At this polling booth, the electorate turning up to cast their votes were being sensitized towards the environment and saplings were being given to them. The youth voters exercising their franchise at the Vasundhara polling booth were getting the saplings for the plantation. The voters were also being imparted with the knowledge of how to protect and conserve the environment. The old age people and the youth were first to reach the Vasundhara polling booth centre to get a certificate signed by the district Magistrate. Interestingly the booth also has a colourful kids zone with all facilities for playing where the children accompanying their mother can play. The other facilities were also available at this centre which were widely praised by the voters. The Senior Police Superintendent of Gaya Ashish Bharati after exercising his franchise said that a special vigil was being kept at the border adjoining Jharkhand.
