Katihar, Apr 20 (Reporter) Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar on Saturday ridiculed RJD President Lalu Prasad for having so many children and promoting his family members in politics. Kumar while addressing a public meeting here, said that Lalu had produced so many children and also promoted his family members in politics. Should anyone produce so many children, he asked rhetorically. " When Lalu stepped down as Chief Minister, he had made his wife Chief Minister of Bihar ", the Chief Minister said adding that he also promoted his two sons in politics. Now, Lalu had fielded his two daughters in ongoing Lok Sabha elections, he added. " During the RJD regime, there were no roads, educational institutions, and good hospitals for treatment ", Kumar said adding that law and order had collapsed making it difficult for anyone to come out of the house after Sunset. Younger generations should be made aware of harsh realities during the RJD regime, he further added. Leader of the opposition Tejaswi Prasad Yadav, when asked for his reaction over the remark made by Kumar, said that he was like his guardian. Whatever Kumar would say, it would be blessing for him, he stated. " Kumar should not have made such a personal remark against my father", Yadav said adding that he should talk on real issues of public importance during election meetings.
