Begusarai, Sep 5 (Reporter) A speeding truck hit a school van transporting children on National Highway 31 near the refinery police station area here on Thursday, causing injuries to 18. According to the police, the accident took place due to the high speed of the truck. All the injured children were students of the Anglo-Vedic School of Tilrath.
