Patna, Jan 11 (Reporter) Accusing the BJP of transforming Ram Temple into a political arena, JDU national general secretary Rajiv Ranjan said that the saffron brigade was doing injustice to Lord Ram by consecrating life in an incomplete temple. Ranjan alleged here on Thursday that the BJP was again trying to hide in the name of Ram only to cover failures. He said to take the political mileage of Ram Temple in the coming Lok Sabha elections, the BJP was consecrating life in an incomplete temple, which is a total injustice to Ram. The JDU General Secretary said, "Even the spiritual leaders have stated that the auspicious time was just 18 seconds on January 22, which was totally insufficient for the consecration of the Ram temple. The necessary offerings cannot be made in such a short span. If at all the BJP was respectful towards the issue, it should have arranged the event on Ramanavami. The haste of the BJP clearly shows that the party neither cares for the religious rituals nor for the sentiments of the devotees."
