Patna, July 2 (Reporter) The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) on Tuesday announced Rashtriya Lok Morcha (RLM) chief Upendra Kushwaha as the National Democratic Alliance (NDA) candidate for the by-election to two Rajya Sabha seats in Bihar.
While talking to reporters on Tuesday, BJP state president and Bihar Deputy Chief Minister Samrat Chaudhary announced that Upendra Kushwaha will be the NDA's candidate for the Rajya Sabha by-election from Bihar.
Kushwaha expressed gratitude to the people of Bihar, the NDA constituent parties, Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar, Home Minister Amit Shah, Union Minister JP Nadda, Chirag Paswan, Jitan Ram Manjhi, and Deputy Chief Minister Samrat Chaudhary, and other leaders and workers of NDA for announcing his candidature for Rajya Sabha membership on their behalf, on the social media X.
