If things had not come to light, people would not have grasped the extent of the BJP’s conspiracy in Sandeshkhali." " The day before yesterday, one of our Mahila workers in Dhupguri was threatened by the BJP repeatedly for being a part of the AITC. The BJP warned that the petrol pump owned by her family would be shut down if she didn't end her association with the Trinamool Congress, " she added. "I also heard that a Rajbanshi temple was damaged. I asked the police to take action immediately. Even though the police are under the Election Commission, law and order is under us. The glasses in a mosque were also broken by some people. But it was noticed that this was done by those who had gone to the BJP. We have found their photos, " she stated. "This is why I will tell everyone that ahead of the elections, BJP's Plan-A Sandeshkhali was foiled by our women. Their Plan-B is to stoke communal violence using Mandir-Masjid and Hindu-Muslim. "As part of Modi Babu's guarantee, they were spreading misleading advertisements in newspapers against us. We made multiple complaints against it stating that it was illegal but there was no action. Yesterday, the High Court stated that the advertisements are indeed illegal," she said. "BJP only lies and does not give funds for MGNREGA or houses for the poor. They don't even give Rs 500 to the deprived women and sisters but spend crores on conspiracies and to buy votes. They spread their propaganda through advertisements," she added. "Modi Babu is claiming to give free electricity, ration, and cooking gas saying this is his guarantee. But is he giving free electricity? Do not trust these 420 guarantees," Banerjee stated. During the 2021 Assembly elections, they had claimed that they would win over 200 seats in Bengal but could not even cross 80, she said adding now, they are claiming to get over 400 seats in the country but they won’t come to power this time. "The country understands this and I am receiving inputs from several places that the BJP is losing and is not coming back to power," averred Banerjee. "I will not allow CAA-NRC-UCC in Bengal. They are showing fake photos for CAA in advertisements. If anyone applies under CAA, they will be declared as foreigners. With the Uniform Civil Code, the reservation for Tapashilis will be erased along with the identities of our diverse communities. Since they are afraid now, they are spreading lies that Muslims will snatch the reservation of Tapashilis. This is nothing but a total lie. How can Muslims – or anyone – take away thereservation of our Tapashili brothers and sisters when it is guaranteed in our Constitution by Babasaheb Ambedkar?" she questioned. "Hindus do not despise the Muslims and similarly Muslims do not despise the Hindus. We will live together in this same world. We eat fruits from the same tree. We have learned this from Ramakrishna Paramhansa Deva." "The seats we win in Bengal will help us ensure that the INDIA Bloc I brought together forms the government at the Centre. We will get NRC-CAA-UCC abolished and resume MGNREGA work. We will continue with our work and get Delhi to execute their responsibility too," she said. "I do not differentiate between different communities. They [BJP] have constantly been accusing me of not believing in Hinduism. If I didn’t have this name, they would have declared me a foreigner. I never say that I am the daughter of a Hindu Brahmin family because I don’t need the BJP’s certificate. My biggest identity is that I am a human being," she added. "Now, local CPI(M) has joined hands with BJP here… This is the same CPI(M) that tortured and killed people in Bengal. At the all-India level, I am in INDIA Bloc and will make sure it comes to power by uprooting the BJP but there will be no association with CPI(M) in Bengal as they help the BJP here," Banerjee added. "I have never seen a PM who lies as much as him. Nobody can snatch anyone’s reservation as it is mentioned in the Constitution. PM should have known this. Only lying is their guarantee.
