Bommai emphasised that the BJP's demand for Siddaramaiah's resignation was not motivated by politics, but by concerns over governance and accountability. "Siddaramaiah must uphold moral integrity and preserve the public's trust in him," Bommai told reporters. "If he wants to maintain his respect, he should resign immediately.
