Kolkata, Jan 2 (Reporter) Trinamool Congress general secretary Abhishek Banerjee on Thursday slammed the Centre, accusing New Delhi of not taking any move to impress upon the Bangladesh interim government for ensuring step to stop violence and torture on minority. He alleged the BSF was responsible for infiltration of Jehadi from across the border in West Bengal to creat disturbances. " What the Central ministers including the Prime Minister, home minister and external affairs ministers are doing in the face of unleashing torture, threats and intimidation on the minority in Bangladesh and even people in that country continuously threatening India," Banerjee said at his Diamond Harbour constituency. " Have you ever heard before 2014 that Bangladesh has been threatening India time and again and the Indian government has been keeping silent over the threats," Banerjee said. " " We have (our party) already cleared the stand that whatever the Centre takes stand on the Bangladesh issue we will support it," said the Diamond Harbour Lok Sabha member. " We have heard from central leaders -Latka ke marunga -chun chun ke dekhunga- and so many things but where have those actions gone," asked Abhishek Banerjee. " What happened to the double engine governments like Tripura and Assam where the infiltrators entered. Is there the Trinamool government," the TMC's No 2 leader and nephew of chief minister,Banerjee said." In Bengal the BSF in the borders are allowing the infiltrators coming into the Indian territory but the state police have been arresting them."
