Vijayawada, June 11 (Reporter) Telugu Desam Party chief N Chandrababu Naidu was elected unanimously as the Leader of the Legislature party here on Tuesday. The meeting of the newly elected legislators of the TDP, Jana Sena, and BJP was held at a private convention centre. Jana Sena Chief K Pawan Kalyan proposed the name Chandrababu Naidu as leader of the Legislature Party, and BJP state president Daggubati Purandeswari supported it. TDP state unit president K. Atchannaidu announced amid thunderous applause that Chandrababu Naidu was elected unanimously as the leader of the legislature Party by the legislators of the three parties. Chandrababu Naidu thanked the legislators of the three parties for electing him as their leader. The TDP leaders will inform the election of Naidu as the legislature party leader to AP Governor Justice S Abdul Nazeer and formally appeal to him to invite the TDP Chief to form the new government.
