Bhubaneswar, Dec 16 (Reporter) Chief Minister Mohan Majhi has expressed his gratitude to the people of Odisha for their valuable inputs in shaping the state’s future.
Official sources revealed that over 3 lakh citizen contributions have been received through email, WhatsApp, and the dedicated Odisha Vision website. Inputs have poured in from within India and abroad as part of the Odisha Vision 2036 & 2047 initiative.
This remarkable public engagement highlights Odisha’s position as a leader in participatory governance, united by the mission to build a Vikasit Odisha for a Vikasit Bharat.
According to sources from the Chief Minister’s office, Odisha is the first state in India to leverage Artificial Intelligence (AI) technology to thoroughly review and analyze citizen suggestions. This ensures that every voice is heard and the best ideas are incorporated into the state’s strategic road map.
This innovative approach underscores Odisha's commitment to using cutting-edge technology to enhance citizen-driven policy making.
Deputy Chief Ministers Kanak Vardhan Singh Deo and Pravati Parida have also expressed their heartfelt appreciation, emphasizing the importance of collective effort in achieving the vision of a prosperous Odisha.
The Odisha Vision Citizen Engagement Platform has received contributions from diverse stakeholders, including students, professionals, government officials, organizations, and eminent personalities.
These inputs span 17 transformative thematic areas, which will serve as the foundation for Odisha's sustainable and inclusive growth.
