Patna, Dec 31 (Reporter) Bihar Pradesh Congress Committee President Akhilesh Prasad Singh asked the government to immediately concede to the demands of BPSC aspirants.
Singh said here on Tuesday that he was in regular contact with the aspirants and supporting their demands had apprised his party's Central leadership about the ongoing agitation. He said the issue was being discussed at the National level.
Aggrieved at the barbaric action of the Bihar Government on the democratically agitating BPSC aspirants, Singh said that such autocratic actions have exposed the insensitivity of the government.
The government with its action was actually instigating the aspirants, he said alleging that the B team of the government was trying to mislead the students. He said that the Congress Party and each and every worker were in support of the aspirants.
Criticizing Deputy Chief Minister Samrat Chaudhary for his autocratic attitude towards the agitating BPSC aspirants, he said that it appears that Chaudhary was not at all sensitive towards the students.
He said that instead of accusing the aspirants the government should give up its stubbornness and resolve the issue by immediately cancelling the 70th PT of BPSC.
Singh asked the government to withdraw the cases lodged against the aspirants and announce a new date for conducting the 70th PT of BPSC...////...
