Nizamabad (Telangana), June 30 (Reporter) Telangana Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy has assured that the Congress party stands with the family of former MP Dharmapuri Srinivas (DS), who passed away in the early hours of Saturday. The Chief Minister paid tributes to the mortal remains of Srinivas and consoled the family members at his residence here on Sunday. Speaking to the media on the occasion, Reddy said that DS's death was a great loss to the Congress party. "He worked hard as PCC President to bring the Congress party to power in 2004 and 2009. He grew up at the student level. Even though he was not active in politics, Sonia Gandhi talked to him affectionately. He never expected positions.
