Hyderabad, Jan 22 (Reporter) Control S Data Centres Limited has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Telangana government to establish a state-of-the-art AI data centre cluster in the state. The agreement was formalised during the World Economic Forum in Davos, with an investment commitment of Rs. 10,000 crore. The upcoming data centre cluster will have a capacity of 400 megawatts. This ambitious project is expected to create approximately 3,600 direct and indirect employment opportunities. Speaking on the occasion, IT and Industry Minister Sridhar Babu highlighted that the establishment of the AI data centre will mark a significant milestone in strengthening Telangana's digital infrastructure. He emphasised that it will boost IT services and enhance employment opportunities in the region. Control S CEO Sridhar Pinnapureddy expressed pride in collaborating with the Telangana government.
