Patna, May 14 (Reporter) The Special Court constituted to hear matters against MPs and Legislators exonerated RJD MLA from Danapur Assembly Constituency Reet Lal Yadav in connection with the murder of BJP leader Satyanarayan Sinha. The Special judge Vinay Prakash exonerated four accused including Reet Lal Yadav after hearing the matter on Tuesday under Section 302, 307, 149 and 148 of Indian penal code and section 27 of Arms Act. Besides Yadav, the others who were exonerated include Sunil Yadav alias Kana, Sanjay Yadav alias Bega and Shravan Yadav. The case was lodged on May 1, 2003, following a written complaint lodged by former MLA Asha Sinha, wife of the deceased Satyanarayan Sinha. As per the allegations Reet Lal Yadav along with others had shot dead Satyanarayan Sinha and fired on Asha Sinha when she was on way to Khagaul with her husband for her treatment. In due course of the investigation, the police had arrested 4 people including Reet Lal Yadav.
