Patna, Mar 30 (Reporter) A day after alliance India announced its sharing for Lok Sabha elections in Bihar, one of its constituents, CPI(ML) on Saturday declared candidates for three allotted seats.
CPI(ML) has decided to field MLA Sudama Prasad from Ara Lok Sabha seat, while former MLA Raja Ram Singh would be a candidate from the Karakat seat. Sandeep Saurabh would be party candidate from Nalanda Lok Sabha seat.
As per seat sharing among constituents of alliance INDIA, CPI(ML) has been allotted Nalanda, Ara and Karakat seat. Apart from RJD, Congress, CPI, CPI(M) and CPI(ML) are constituents of alliance INDIA in Bihar.
Sudama Prasad, national vice president of All India Kisan Mahasabha is an MLA from the Tarari assembly seat. He was elected from the Tarari seat in the 2015 assembly elections and got re-elected from this seat in 2020.
Sandeep Saurabh, who has been made a candidate from Nalanda Lok Sabha seat, is presently MLA from Paliganj, while Raja Ram Singh, national general secretary of All India Kisan Mahasabha, is a party candidate from Karakat seat.
He has been MLA from the Obra assembly seat in Aurangabad Lok Sabha constituency for two consecutive terms since 1995.
State Secretary of CPI (ML) Shivprakash Ranjan has been fielded for assembly by-election in Agiaon seat.
The seat has fallen vacant after the conviction of CPI (ML) MLA from Agiaon, Manoj Manzil, in murder case. His membership was terminated after his conviction in the case...////...
