Hyderabad, Dec 29 (Reporter) Telangana witnessed a sharp rise in Cybercrime cases with 25,184 cases reported in 2024 as against 17,571 cases in 2023, an increase of 43.33 percent this year. According to Annual Round-up 2024 book released here on Sunday, Rs. 180 Crores was traced and refunded to victims in 2024 compared to Rs. 8 Cores in 2023 (2060 percent increase in refund).
