Lucknow, Apr 15 (Reporter) Bahujan Samaj Party (BSP) supremo Mayawati on Tuesday expressed concern over the decline in campus selection in the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) and Indian Institute of Management (IIM) and has advised the government to take concrete steps in the field of employment.
Taking to X, Mayawati wrote, "The news of the Parliamentary Committee expressing concern over the decline in campus selection in the country's 17 top central educational institutions including IIT, IIM and NIT, in the absence of permanent heads for a long time and in the ad-hoc system, raises many questions about the government's governance."
She said, "Anyway, the lack of suitable employment for educated unemployed and skilled people in government jobs and most of the courier services, salesmen, security guards, and temporary jobs for unskilled people has made people very upset and unhappy.
