Patna, Feb 15 (Reporter) Former Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister and senior Congress leader Digvijay Singh appreciated the stand of former Bihar Deputy Chief Minister Tejaswi Prasad Yadav for his stand against PM Narendra Modi.
Singh in his comments posted on social site X, said it was very pleasing to hear the speech of Tejaswi during confidence motion presented by Chief Minister Nitish Kumar in Bihar Assembly on February 12.Tejaswi had empathically asserted that he would continue the struggle against Narendra Modi government even after Chief Minister Kumar deserting Grand Alliance, he pointed out.
Congress leader congratulated Tejaswi for his boldness and courage in taking stand against Narendra Modi government which was indulged in misusing the central agencies Income Tax, CBI and ED. Several top leaders had meekly surrendered before PM Modi due to fears from Central agencies, he pointed out.
" Only Nehru family and Lalu family in the country stood against saffron forces in the country", Singh said adding that RJD chief Lalu Prasad as Chief Minister of Bihar in 1990 had stalled "Rath Yatra" of senior BJP leader L K Advani in the state.
