Mumbai, Aug 29 (Reporter) The Bombay High Court on Thursday sought the response of Abhyankar Jagannath of Shiv Sena (Uddhav Balasaheb Thackeray), who won the Mumbai Teachers Constituency Election of Maharashtra legislative council, on a petition challenging his election due to alleged malpractices. Justice Gauri Godse issued summons against Jagannath returnable on October 21 on an election petition filed by defeated candidate Subhash More of Shikshak Bharati.
