Ex-Brazil midfielder Allan set for Botafogo move

Rio De Janeiro, May 14 (Reporter) Former Napoli and Everton midfielder Allan has revealed that he has reached an agreement to join Brazilian Serie A club Botafogo. Allan is expected to complete a free transfer in July after his contract with United Arab Emirates outfit Al-Wahda expires. The 33-year-old confirmed the news on Monday in an interview with reporters, without revealing details. "I've already signed with Botafogo but I will respect the Al-Wahda shirt until the very last match," he said. Allan began his professional career at Vasco da Gama in 2009 and has also had spells at Udinese, Napoli and Everton over a career spanning more than 15 years. He has been capped 10 times for Brazil's national team and also represented his country at youth level...////...
