Kolhapur (Maharashtra), Dec 20 (Reporter) Five passengers, including three women, were killed on the spot and 25 others injured when a private bus overturned on Pune-Dighi National Highway on Friday. According to Mangaon police, a private bus carrying the passengers was enroute to to Pune from Birwadi for a marriage ceremony. At a sharp turn in Tamhini Ghat section, the bus driver lost control on the wheel and the vehicle overturned on the highway. The injured were admitted at sub-district rural hospital in nearby Mangaon with the help of local villagers. Police identified the deceased as Sangeeta Dhananjay Jadhav, Shilpa Pradeep Pawar, Vandana Jadhav, Gaurav Ashok Darade and another was yet to be identified. Police investigation is on...////...
