Chennai, Sep 27 (Reporter) A day after his release from Puzhal Central prison upon granted bail by the Supreme Court in a money laundering case filed by the ED, former Tamil Nadu Minister and DMK strongman V Senthilbalaji met Chief Minister and Party Chief M K Stalin and sought his blessings on Friday evening at the Chennai airport and had discussions with him. Mr Senthilbalaji along with senior Ministers who received Mr Stalin at the airport on his arrival from New Delhi, where he met Prime Minister Narendra Modi and submitted a memorandum. He is the first person to receive Mr Stalin upon landing at the airport. After receiving him, Mr Senthilbalaji along with senior Ministers at the airport in the waiting room and sought his blessings. The meeting, which senior Ministers were present, lasted five minutes. Mr. Senthilbalaji presented him a shawl and took his blessings. Later, in a social media post, Senthilbalaji wrote "the 471 days of darkness in prison has dispelled and came before the Rising Sun (the DMK's party's symbol). He also said he would be indebted to Mr Stalin right through his life for his support and encouragement. Later, Mr Senthilbalaji also met Sports Minister and Stalin's son Udhayanidhi Stalin.
