Mumbai, Jan 12 (Reporter) Union minister and Senior BJP leader Nitin Gadkari on Sunday praised actor Kangana Ranaut's upcoming film "Emergency" at the party state convention in Shirdi in Nasik.
A day earlier, Ranaut organised a special screening of the film for Gadkari in Nagpur.
"It is a beautiful movie that shows how and when the Emergency was imposed and the struggles faced by our workers. The Janata Sangh was thought to be finished, but we proved otherwise, Gadkari said while addressing BJP office-bearers in Shirdi on Sunday.
Meanwhile, actor Anupam Kher, in his message on X, said that it was: What an exhilarating response from the audiences at the first special screening of our film at Nagpur with @nitin_gadkari Ji.
I also watched the complete film for the first time. OUTSTANDING! The world, especially the younger Indian generation, should watch it for many reasons. For the technical BRILLIANCE of the crew! For the WONDERFUL performances of each and every actor (including mine). But mostly you should watch #Emergency for the TOWERING and MAJESTIC performance of #KanganaRanaut as #IndiraGandhi Kher further said...////...
