Siddipet (Telangana), Apr 12 (Reporter) T Harish Rao, former Minister and senior BRS leader, expressed confidence in the resurgence of the BRS government in Telangana during a preparatory meeting for the Medak Parliamentary constituency held at Konda Bhudevi Garden in Siddipet town on Friday. Rao highlighted the previous 10-year rule of the BRS party, emphasizing its accomplishments, while also addressing the challenges faced during the brief period of opposition against the Congress government. He cautioned against voting for the BJP out of frustration with the Congress, likening it to jumping from the frying pan into the fire. Accusing Chief Minister, A Revanth Reddy of relocating a half-built veterinary college from Siddipet to Kodangal, Rao criticized the current administration's performance, questioning its ability to fulfill promises made to the electorate. He lamented the alleged anti-poor and anti-Telangana stance of the BJP, challenging the audience to identify any positive contributions by the party over the past decade. Rao condemned the perceived collusion between Congress and BJP to undermine the BRS party in Telangana, urging activists to counter misinformation on social media platforms.
