Hyderabad, Apr 2 (Reporter) Kalvakuntala Kanna Rao, the nephew of former Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao, was arrested in connection with an alleged land-grabbing case on Tuesday. Kanna Rao is the prime accused in the Manneguda land dispute case, where he allegedly attacked several individuals. A case has been registered against Kanna Rao and 35 others at Adibatla Police Station for attempting to grab two acres of land in Manneguda.
