Patna, Nov 12 (Reporter) Amid ongoing assembly by-elections for four seats in the state, national spokesman of BJP Shahnawaz Hussain on Tuesday said the inclusive growth of Bihar is on top priority of Prime Minister Narendra Modi. Hussain said here that PM Modi had been making his stand clear on the development of Bihar since his government was voted to power in the 2014 Lok Sabha elections. During the regime of Narendra Modi government and Nitish led NDA government in the state, all-round growth was visible in Bihar, he added. In fact, development was taking place at a rapid pace in all NDA-ruled states of the country, he stressed. " PM Modi will lay the foundation stone of the All India Institute of Medical Science (AIIMS) at Darbhanga in Bihar on November 13, a big gift for the state, particularly those residing in the northern state, "the BJP leader said, adding that it would help in providing quality treatment to the people of north Bihar. Infrastructural facilities had witnessed sea change in Bihar since Bihar was voted to power in 2005, he pointed out. "Road, train, and air communication have also improved considerably in Bihar during the NDA regime in Bihar," Hussain said. People were also feeling safe and secured due to the rule of law in the state, he added. "The NDA will bag all four seats in ongoing assembly by-elections," the BJP leader said, adding that people were satisfied with the performance of the Nitish-led NDA government in Bihar. People had rejected the Grand Alliance in the past, and they would do so in ongoing assembly by-elections as well, he noted.
