East / West Champaran, May 23 (Reporter) Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath on Thursday alleged that INDIA bloc wants to impose "Talibani rule" through Personal Law in the country. While addressing rallies in both East and West Champaran constituencies in Bihar, he said that under Talibani rule, women would neither be able to go to study nor they can go to the market and will be caged in the "Burkha" (veil). He said no Hindustani will ever tolerate such a situation. Adityanath alleged that Congress intended to impose "jizya-like inheritance tax" to distribute properties among 'ghuspathiye' (infiltrators). Describing Congress and RJD as "anti-people", he alleged that they were contemplating to rob SCs, STs and OBCs of quotas and give those to Muslims. He dubbed both Congress and RJD as "robbers". He suggested that those speaking in favour of Pakistan should better move to that country and beg there and said that India has a bigger nuclear bomb than Pakistan. Cautioning people about intentions of Congress-RJD, he claimed that they want to win election only for personal gains, for which they were trying to appease a particular section and community of the society. Those who had unleashed 'jungleraj' and 'mafiaraj' in Bihar will encounter a humiliating defeat, he claimed. Highlighting consecration of Ram temple in Ayodhya which Congress and RJD had questioned by raising doubts over existence of Lord Ram, the UP Chief Minister reiterated that this election is a fight between 'Ram bhakts' (devotees of Lord Ram) and 'Ram drohis' (traitors to Lord Ram)." Earlier in day, the UP CM encountered a major confusion, as the chopper inadvertently flew him to a wrong constituency for campaign in Bihar. Adityanath, as per his schedule released by Bihar BJP, was scheduled to address two rallies in Bihar, the first one in the East Champaran and the second one in the West Champaran. His chopper, however, flew him first to the West Champaran where he was supposed to wind up his tour after addressing the rally. This led to commotion and disruption in both the constituencies. Realising the situation, Adityanath tried to connect with the people of East Champaran in their local dialect as they had to wait for long duration. He also spoke about the thousand years close ties between UP and Bihar and tried to engage them by using Bhojpuri phrases during his address. He also invited them to visit Ayodhya after elections. The UP CM said, "I was supposed to address you first, but I was flown by the helicopter to another seat."
