Indian Railways cancels 2 trains from Kolkata to Bangladesh

Kolkata, July 21 (Reporter) The Indian Railways has cancelled two trains between India and Bangladesh in view of the ongoing violent protests in the neighbouring country, official sources said here on Sunday. The Kolkata-Dhaka Maitree Express on Saturday and the Bandhan Express between Kolkata and Khulna on Sunday have been cancelled because of "unavoidable circumstances.". The Maitree Express did not leave from Dhaka on Friday, they said. The Maitree Express, which leaves from Kolkata on Saturday, also did not depart for the neighbouring nation, sources added...////...
