Bengaluru, July 16 (Reporter) RV University (RVU) has signed a mutual cooperation agreement with Ibaraki Prefecture, Japan, to provide training and placement opportunities for Indian students in Japan. This initiative aims to address the human resource shortage in Ibaraki Prefecture. The agreement was signed by Governor Kazuhiko Oigawa and RVU Vice Chancellor Prof YSR Murthy. RVU is one of the few Indian universities offering a Japanese language certificate course approved by the Japan Foundation.
