J&K Congress denounces US action against Indians in Jammu

Jammu, Feb 7 (Reporter) Jammu and Kashmir Pradesh Congress on Friday staged a protest demonstration and organised a march against the inhumane treatment meted out to over 100 Indians deported by the US government. The protestors raised strong slogans against Washington's Donald Trump government and the Narendrs Modi regime in New Delhi. A large number of Congress leaders and workers led by Ravinder Sharma, Chief Spokesperson of JKPCC, Ved Mahajan Ex MLC Incharge Headquarters, Hari Singh Chib, Senior PCC leader and others held a demonstration at High Court Chowk Janipur and raised strong slogans against the US government. Carrying banners of Trump and Modi,they expressed resentment over the silence and inaction over the inhumane treatment of countrymen by the US. Condemning the insult, torture and inhumane treatment meted out by the Donald Trump government, JKPCC Chief Spokesperson Ravinder Sharma said that entire nation is shocked by the incident. "The entire country feels insulted and hurt by the treatment like terrorists with our fellow citizens, who had gone US for Jobs but the so ctealled friend of Prime Minister Modi Donald Trump has done worst ever human rights violations with the peaceful and innocent Indians, he said. A small country like Columbia brought back their citizens in her own plane. Then why PM Modi has remained a mute spectator and silent on this serious issue,he asked. “These innocent people went to the US in search of jobs as the Modi government failed to fulfil the promise to give two crore jobs annually to our youth,” said the Congress leaders...////...
