Malappuram (Kerala), Jan 26 (Reporter) Two siblings were drowned in Chaliyar river while taking bath along with their friends at Edivanna near Nilambur in Malappuram district, on Friday. According to the police, the deceased were identified as Rinshad (14) and Rashid (12), and studying ninth and sixth standards in Eranhimangad GHSS in Chaliyar panchayat. Following the screams of their friends, local residents rushed to the spot and later their bodies have been fished out from the river.
