Kolkata, Aug 3 (Reporter) A State owned LIC announced concessions to mitigate the hardships for claimants, its policyholders, and Pradhan Mantri Jeevan JyotiBima Yojana affected by the disaster at Wayanad in Kerala. CEO and MD Siddhartha Mohanty, in a statement, said the company announced the concessions to mitigate the hardships for claimants of LIC policies and also of the Pradhan Mantri Jeevan JyotiBima Yojana by the disaster at Wayanad in Kerala. "The entire LIC family of employees and agents shares the grief of the lives lost and stands firmly with the family members of the victims," the statement said.
