Kolhapur, Oct 29 (Reporter) As many as 131 candidates filed nomination papers for 10 assembly constituencies in the district on last day of filing of nominations on Tuesday. With today's nomination papers, total 221 candidates have filed the nominations for these constituencies in the district. Meanwhile, in a dramatic development, the Congress party changed its candidate in Kolhapur-North constituency at eleventh hour.
