Mumbai, Dec 13 (Reporter) A special court here on Friday rejected a plea filed by PNB scam accused, Mehul Choksi, to recall a notice issued to him in 2018 for proceedings under the Fugitive Economic Offender (FEO) Act. While reacting to the plea, the court said that Choksi has been changing his stand on why he has not joined the investigation in the Punjab National Bank (PNB) alleged fraud case, from claiming ill health to suspension of his Indian passport. Choksi has opposed the Enforcement Directorate (ED)'s move to have him declared as a Fugitive Economic Offender (FEO).
