Beed, Dec 24 (Reporter) Maharashtra Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis said here on Tuesday that a special investigation team (SIT) and a judge will conduct probe into the murder of former sarpanch Santosh Deshmukh. As the incidents in Beed and Parbhani are unfortunate, the government has taken a serious note of both incidents, he said. The Chief Minister said that a case under the Maharashtra Control of Organised Crime Act (MCOCA) will be registered against the accused once inquiry will be over.
