Mumbai, Nov 28 (Reporter) A 34-year-old woman was detained by city police for allegedly making a hoax call threatening to assassinate Prime Minister Narendra Modi, officials said here on Thursday. The main control room of the city police received a call at 9.13 am in the morning from a woman who claimed that a plot to kill Modi had been hatched and a weapon was also ready for the plan. After obtaining the technical data, police have detained the accused woman and are verifying her background. According to police, the woman has studied till Class 12, is unmarried and lives alone at her home, close to her younger sister's house.
