Maha: Quota activist blames DyCM Fadnavis on issue of reservation

Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar, Jul 14 (Reporter) Maratha reservation activist, Manoj Jarange-Patil, on Sunday accused Maharashtra Deputy Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis of putting pressure on other ministers to prevent Maratha community from getting reservation. Talking to reporters here, he alleged that two or three Guardian Ministers of Ajit Pawar's NCP are conspiring against the Marathas. "There is no point in blaming the government if the Marathas do not get reservation within the given time frame. I have never said that we have lost faith in the government," he said. "A month's time was given to the state government, but we did not get reservation till July 13. We will see how to get it now. We have been patient. If not, Shambhuraj Desai's word would not have been followed. Fadnavis will not allow to get reservation to the Marathas. He needs Chhagan Bhujbal for that," asserted Jarange-Patil. "The fast unto death from July 20 is going to be strict. ... Society does not want me to fast, but I will change their mind. Ready to make sacrifices for society," he added. On conclusion of his awareness peace rally here on Saturday evening, Jarange-Patil gave an ultimatum to the state government to accept his nine demands, otherwise, he threatened to sit on hunger strike from July 20...////...
