Sangli, Apr 17 (Reporter) Seven members of a family were killed, five of them on the spot, when their speeding car rammed into a private luxury bus from behind on Vijapur-Guhagar national highway near Jat of the district on Wednesday night. A luxury bus was on way to Mumbai from Jat tonight, when a speeding jeep crashed into it vigorously from behind at Nagaj Phata in Jambhulwadi area, police said. The accident occurred as the jeep driver lost control on wheel. In this incident, five occupants in the jeep were killed on the spot while two others, who were seriously injured and admitted to a private hospital, succumbed during the medical treatment.
