Mumbai, Dec 29 (Reporter) Veteran Shiv Sena leader Satish Pradhan who was first mayor of neighbouring Thane city, passed away on Sunday at a hospital here due to age-related health issues, his family members said. He had played a key role in formation of the Shiv Sena alongside Bal Thackeray in 1966. Pradhan was also the member of Rajya Sabha from Maharashtra for two terms.
