Maha's strong link to developed India: Deputy CM

Nagpur, Dec 19 (Reporter) As the state reigns as number one on all fronts, developed India wants to have a strong connection with developed Maharashtra, asserted Deputy Chief Minister Eknath Shinde on Thursday. While participating in discussion on the state Governor's address in the state assembly here, he said that transformation of Maharashtra started in last two-and-a-half years and now the government's joint mission is a prosperous Maharashtra. "We will take Maharashtra on the path of development at a triple speed," he stressed. Shinde further said that during its two-and-a-half years rule in the state, the Mahayuti government has had done historic works of development and implemented a number of welfare schemes for people. A record number of works were done in last two-and-a-half years, he claimed. "We worked without taking a single day off.
